Hello! My name is Larry Willoughby and I have held the call "W4TWZ" for over fifty years, from high school to well past retirement and grandchildren.It all started with a batch of surplus radio equipment which we found in the physics lab. That's me with the mike on 75 meters AM. Yes we are wearing ties. They were part of the uniform. It was a military school. Five of that bunch of kids are still in touch and in spite that all these years are still on the air. Is this is a great hobby or what?
