· Call to order by Dean Nickless at 7:40 pm

· Minutes from the July meeting approved as read

· Treasurer report of $390.91 + $50.00 cash after a donation of $50.00 to the Big Pine Athletic Association for use of the park

· Dean read a letter Shirley has written to accompany the donation checks to the park that he will personally deliver

· Introduction of guest Marshall Pixley, KA2TSD, relocating to Key West from New York.

· George has replaced a faulty squelch board in the 442.4 Repeater and made other adjustments that seem to have fixed the problems however the tower will be down for replacement so full testing of the system will be delayed until the new structure is up.

· Dean brought a QST and reviewed an article on “Understanding Solar Indices”.

· With no further business a motion to adjourn at 8:25.

· Next meeting to be held on September 26, at 7:30 pm.
