Minutes
from the January meeting approved as read.

Treasurer
report of $656.91 + $75.00 membership + $16.00 50/50 - $25.00 totaling $722.91
+ $50.00 cash accepted as read.

Shirley
mentioned that Patti Erickson called from the County to let us know that they
currently do not have a meeting facility for us to utilize however she will
keep us in mind.
·
The
donation of $25.00 to QSL.net has been made.

B.O.
Lowery passed away and a card was sent in behalf of the club. Shirley read a
thank you note written to the club from his daughter Ivy.
·
Trustee
paperwork brought for signatures.

Dean
mentioned that the FKARC Fox Hunt/Triple Fest would be held on March 9 starting
at 9 a.m. at the Blue Heron Park on Big Pine Key. Talk in will be on 146.67
with a pl of 110.9. Come and join in on the fun.

The
Keys repeaters are back on the air and working very well from their new
location, however there are some problems during the net with the linking. Hope
to have them worked out soon.

Demonstration
by Barry on directional antennas, their use and making for the Fox Hunt.
SHOW
AND TELL

L.T.
gave a demonstration of uses of a small magnifying camera. Hopes it will help
on pc board assembly or repair.

Idea
from Jerry Turner to talk about life experiences with ham radio from each
member. Jerry and Tom each told us some interesting stories.

50/50
of $14.00 went to L.T. and $13.00 to the club.
