to order by President Tom Clements at 7:10 pm
- Minutes
from the February 22 meeting were approved as read.
- Treasurers’
report of $1042.26 filed as read.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Shirley
will follow up with the BOQ to see if December 5 or December 12 looks like
the best night to have our Christmas Dinner.
- Field
Day is still in conjunction with the FKARC at the Blue Heron Park with the
points going to the FKARC this year.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Cory
reported that the Fox Hunt/Triple Fest was held at the Blue Heron Park on
March 3rd with the team of L.T. and Barry winning. There were
about fifteen people joining in on the day of festivities and for an
article and photos go to www.qsl.net/kb4gcz.
- Shirley
has received the premium for insurance for the coming year in the amount
of $325.00. Approval to pay was unanimous.
- Shirley
has info from the ARRL on individual insurance coverage for all ham
related equipment. The addition of rotors and towers this year is a big
plus.
- Cory
announced that he is currently looking for property to buy further up in
the state and therefore a new trustee would be in order. Upon asking if
anyone would be interested, Jerry Turner will be replacing Cory. Shirley
will take care of the necessary paperwork.
- Next
meeting on April 26, at 7:30 pm due to the time change with e-mail,
repeater announcements and net reminders going out ahead of time.
- L.T.
presented a program on transmission lines on a variety of sizes and types
of coax all the way up to wave-guide.
- Motion
to adjourn at 8:37 pm.

months program on Digital Modes PSK31, MFSK and RTTY by Barry Rimmer.
