Meeting called to order by president Tom Clements at 7:37 P.M.

Treasurer report of $800.93 approved as read. Minutes from the May 25 meeting approved as read L.T./Dean

Barry compiled and distributed a membership list and asked if anyone objects to having their e-mail addresses on the web site. It was resolved that a queerry will go out to members asking their permission. Barry is interested in any info that can go on the web site.

Field day talk-talk-talk

L.T. mentioned that the DOT has adopt a highway signs on the roadway and thought the club may be interested in obtaining permission for a repeater frequency or club info sign if the price is permissable. Tom suggested trying to get it donated. Will need to check on this further.

Will talk to George about the repeater problems again. The county has been working on the tower at the hospital and L.T. looked at the antenna at the site which may soon be in need of a new one. Tom has a diamond antenna which he will donate if it is suitable.

Motion made to donate $25.00 to the Blue Heron Park for use of their facility.

$150.00 approved/ however total costs will be split by the two clubs.
