I assembled this quick reference from some ARRL field-service documents. It keeps some reminders in front of me for the RST system and frequently-used prosigns and Q-signals.

I also keep a copy of the Amateur Bands Frequency Chart posted on the wall as a constant reminder. (I don't understand why the FCC makes us memorize something that's so easy to look up.)
