The first topic of discussion was the location of the Emergency Management in
the Courthouse in Williamston. Harold announced the name of the new
Emergency Management Coordinator in
Plans for the 2005 Swapfest were discussed
next. Everyone agreed to be responsible for the same duties as they
performed in last yearâ?Ts Swapfest. Steve Rawls (K4SER) reported that Tar Heel
Antennas is constructing the antenna to be given as the second prize.

NEW BUSINESS
The invitation to set up a special events station at the Washington County
Relay for Life event was delivered to the club by Jo Ann Tetterton
