How's this for 90 acres of PEACE and TRANQUILITY. I took this after 9 hours of mowing (about 3 acres) and it looks (and feels ) like the front yard of "PEACE and TRANQUILITY" to me!

Trains come down Powell Valley about every couple of hours and the whistle echoes through the mountains, just as I remember when I stayed on the farm as a kid in the summers. Brings back MANY fond memories of yesteryear!

How great it is to have a 90 acre piece of Great Grandfather Antonio Nardi's original 254 acre farm, which he purchased in July of 1905!

It would be a great Special Event radio operation site too!

A few years ago I made a moonlight visit to the farm and was moved to record my feelings about the night, the view, memories of the family and the farm, and the general great feeling that the place gives me.
