Ensuring compliance with the FCC Part 97 : Sec. 97.113 Prohibited transmissions (a) (4) "...obscene or indecent words or language..." clause is the resplonsibility of the control operator of the transmitting station. I will deleate all obscene and indecent pictures when I notice them and REPORT THE VIOLATING STATION TO THE FCC OR OTHER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY.
