W4CPM - James Russellville, Logan County, Kentucky (EM66ot)
These pictures were recieved by my Amateur radio station, W4CPM, using EasyPal software. They are automatically uploaded as they are recieved, with the exception of pictures sent by WY0E, KG4FMX, KB6QEX, VE3KBT, K0TPP, WD4KPD (The links go to thier respective QRZ pages, which contain thier Amateur Information.) Sadly, I have been forced to block automatic upload from these stations and report them to the FCC in an effort to prevent the spread of material that: breaks the law and the Amateur's Code, damages the overal integrity of the Amateur service, and most importantly degrades the dignity of the human person and especially that of ladies, who should be treated with the same respect with which Christ treated his mother, Mary. I will, however, manually upload all of these stations' good pictures, which are the majority of their transmissions. Disclaimer: May 5, 2010 As I am not at my radio the entire time that it is on air obcense content sent by an unblocked station may be uploaded. Ensuring compliance with the FCC Part 97 : Sec. 97.113 Prohibited transmissions (a) (4) "...obscene or indecent words or language..." clause is the resplonsibility of the control operator of the transmitting station. I will deleate all obscene and indecent pictures when I notice them and REPORT THE VIOLATING STATION TO THE FCC OR OTHER APPROPRIATE AUTHORITY. Attention: As of September 1st, 2010 this website will be inactive, until furtur notice, due to my entrance into the Fathers of Mercy, a congregation of Catholic priests. God bless and 73.
