Welcome to the home page of the JCARA. We are located in Johnson City, Tennessee (Washington County EM86). We value service to our community, education for all ages, and are constantly seeking new ways to use Ham radio in our lives and the adventure that it provides.
If you are living in our area, wanting to get your FCC license or already licensed as an Amateur radio operator, consider joining our diverse group of friendly folks. Send us an e-mail or visit with us at our monthly club meetings each third Tuesday.
Our weekly net is every Tuesday at 09:00 p.m.(except the third Tuesday) on 146.790 MHz (-), local time.
