INDEPENDENT REGULATORY REVIEW COMMISSION- 1996 TO 2005  
 Responsible for all Agency Direction, Policy, Budget and Personnel.

Managed a staff of 15 to 18 Professionals who conduct comprehensive review of virtually all regulations promulgated in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Responsive for the coordinating the review process with the Executive Branch, including every Agency under the Governor's jurisdiction, the Leaders and Members of the Pennsylvania Senate and House of Representatives, The Standing Committees of the Legislature and The Regulated Community.

Represent the Commission at many Public and Private Meetings.
