Welcome to the W3CV Homepage! My name is Scott and my QTH is near Annapolis, Maryland USA. Please look around and perhaps you will find something you like. Not only do I like working DX and Rag Chewing but my favorite Ham Radio past time is building QRP releated kits. All my old timer buddies call me the rookie!
