President Bill Menk w3lab, called the meeting to order at __7:35__ Pm local time.
There were no additions or corrections to the December 2 2008 meeting minutes.
The membership accepted the report .

Financial report was given and was approved.
Fund raiser nite:
Carl N3PIE gave out tickets for Hoss’s so the members can welcome visitors and members to come to the meeting of Feb 3 and have dinner. The fund rasier will build the treasure by get a percentage of the ticket income.Bill W3LAB In behalf of the club gave thanks to Darrell for doing a excellent job in the past four years 2005 thru 2008.

Fox Hunt:
Fred KM3M Ask Gregg for the fox transmitter. He suggested too have a fox hunt in May. In April meeting we could plan a date and location. In the March meeting have a discussion on different types of antennas for the hunt.
