ECHOLINK

I think by now everyone must be aware that we 've had numerous problems with Echolink and it appeared to be Verizon "DSL", guess what, I'm in Florida and, for the first time, I'm using Verizon dialup and I couldn't get my Echolink to work. I discussed this with Verizon a couple days ago and they assured me they don't block any ports. The Verizon tech had me go to my dialup account and uncheck a blocker and now I'm able to connect to ECHO TEST. I adjusted my mike volumn and I hope to check into the net Monday night. (3/12/07)
