December 2, 1998 Meeting Minutes

BUSINESS:
Budget:
This was the last meeting of the semester and we needed to spend our allocated funds. We decided to spend the money according to the following priority list:

1. Repeater Controller
2. Antennas (for ATV)
3. Mounting kits (for ATV antennas)
4. QST subscription
5. ARRL Handbook and CDROM

Cyrus and Mike will spend the left over money and move the ATV repeater to Barton.

Pizza Party: We decided to have a pizza party on Sat. December 12th so that we could eat together and work the contest on that day. (This pizza party was attended by Katie, Tom, Brad, and Steve and we ended up going to The Chariot. It was an enjoyable end to the semester.)

Misc.:

1. Doc was voted in as the new president of TCARC. Congratualtions!
2. N2I QSLs still need to be made. Need pictures of scouts.

Activities:

1. Pizza Party / ARRL 10 Meter Contest -- December 12
