Meeting Minutes

Attendees:

Business:
Contests: CQ WW Contest effort netted 62,000 points. ARRL SSB Sweepstakes slated for the weekend after the next meeting.
Station Door Lock Repair: Matt and Mike will be looking into getting a new combo lock for our door.
VE Test Session Review: We will be holding another review session after the next meeting in preparation of the VE test scheduled for Nov. 24.
Budget: We were allocated $260 from the SAFC. Our advisor's report has been submitted. Tom will be renewing the QST through the SAFC. We need to get our radio repaired and get our battery charger. Cyrus has been working with the SAFC to see about the possibility of getting reimbursed for the phone last semester.
Misc.:

1. Matt, KG2LH, would still like to be reimbursed for the pizza at the antenna repair session.
2. We still need to get our equipment insurance in. We still have not done that this year. (We need someone who knows how and where to put in for insurance...)
3. Jonah, N1QLO, still needs to be reimbursed for pizza as well.
4. Brad, N1MNB, printed out a supply of the new key deposit forms.
5. Matt provided a new refrigerator for the station.
6. Jonah is repairing the QSL picture frame. (finally!)
