Meeting Minutes

Business:
Contest: CQ WW Contest coming up on the weekend of October 25-26. Don't miss out! We especially need advanced & extra class operators.
Barton Hall Antenna Repair: Members repaired the HF vertical antenna on Saturday, October 4. The top section was assembled incorrectly and needed to be reassembled properly. We also replaced the entire ground radial system and weatherproofed the connections. The antenna still needs to be tuned on a few bands
Budget: We were allocated about $260 from the SAFC. We need to get an advisor's report before we can spend our money. Cyrus may be looking into trying to get our money back from the SAFC for the phone last semester.
Ethernet: More general discussion. The possibility of a modem connection to Snee Hall was discussed.
Misc.:

1. Matt, KG2LH, would like to be reimbursed for the pizza at the antenna repair session.
2. We need to get our equipment insurance in. We still have not done that this year. (We need someone who knows how and where to put in for insurance...)
