The Cherryville Repeater Association Hamfest has a long and storied tradition. Held for many years at the Hunterdon Central High School Gymnasium just north of Flemington, then to the Warren County Fairgrounds for a few years, and finally, starting in 2000, we moved back toHunterdon County, and what a great move it was! Our location is North Hunterdon Regional High School, conveniently located on Route 31 just south of Route 78 near Clinton. Everything is indoors, warm and dry. In the 2002 hamfest we have also added outdoor tailgating! We have it all. There will also be seminars given by some special people!
The date for the next Cherryville Hamfest is Saturday, April 5, 2008. It may not make us the very first hamfest of the year, but darn near it! Snow 'ya say?? Who cares! We're all indoors! Cold? Who cares! We're indoors! Boy, we're excited--and we hope you are too! If you missed the last ones, you missed some great ones. Ya better not miss this next one!
As always, we will be providing comprehensive VE testing
at the Cherryville Hamfest, and it is held in a nice warm classroom!
Walk-ins welcome, but let us know at w2cra@qsl.net if you're planning to
take a test. All elements available.
