W1DYJ's Station in Harpswell, ME

We purchased a second home in Harpswell, Maine in 2008,
and I started building a new station.  As I enjoy woodworking as well as Ham Radio, I am using my woodworking skills to turn a small bedroom into my combination ham shack, small workshop,  and consulting office.

Phase 1 (complete) - 2M and 70CM FM: with an FT-8800

Phase 2 (complete) - Low-HF: with a "new to me" TS450-SAT, an 80-40-20 fan dipole, and a small workshop.

Phase 3 ( in progress) - Expand the above to high-HF (20 through 10)

Current antennas:
80M/40M/20M
        ("works" on 17M/15M/12M)
Triple Fan Dipole at 6M high
            (yes -- too low for 80 & 40)
2M / 70CM FM Comet GP-9N at 9M high

Phase 2 — 2011
Add an 80/40/20 Fan Dipole and a TS-450SAT to study Low-HF at the site.
