BARC has ventured on a new and exciting club project. A remote HF site that can be accessed from anywhere through the Internet.
But, only if you're a local BARC member, of course.
A Kenwood TS-480 SAT XCVR connected to a 165 foot tall tower with a beam for 6m, 10m, 15m and 20m, a dipole at 150' for 80m, an inverted vee for 160m at 160' and a Bi-Square at 145' for 40m. Plus a nest of Quads for 10m-30m at 75'. All radio, antenna and amplifier functions are controlled from access via your home or laptop computer.
Applications are now being accepted
