District 11 BCARES Net - meets every Monday night at 8:00 pm local time on the RMVHFS 146.760(-) MHz WØIA repeater. Please check in with us.

BCARES has been an integral part of the Boulder County Office of Emergency Management's plan for flood and wildland fire emergencies for nearly 25 years.

Community Services
BARC actively participates in many Public Service events including --  Great West MS 150 Bike Tour and the Silverton Hard Rock 100

Additionally, BARC, through a MOU with BCARES, helps during the first 24 hours of any large emergency in Boulder County to handle any Health & Welfare emergency traffic.

Public Service Activities
BCARES serves all of Boulder (and Broomfield) Counties providing many modes of communications to local groups during special events, disasters and emergency services. BCARES even provides live ATV to Colorado University safety officials during their home football games at Folsom Field allowing BCARES members to receive plenty of practice in NCS and ATV disciplines under real situations. This practice helps make BCARES a more effective response group when emergency conditions arise.
