Present Rig
The rig I am using now is a Icom 746PRO The Yeasu 990 is a little noiser than the Icom so I am using it mostly at the moment.
The 990 has long been back from Burghardt's and works fine.
A Gap speaker sure make them all better even the Icom.
The amp is a Kenwood TL922A, which I have had for ever, well
nearly. It replaced a 4-1000 in a 6 foot rack with all the
accoutrements. W7HC used to call it my electric furnace. I wish I
had a picture of it.The Pace 2 Meter rig has been retired since the 746 has 2 meter.
Below is my latest project that has finally reached fruitation after 3 or 4 years.
It is an L network as per VE2CV's ideas in Oct 2004 QST.
I realize these pictures are of no real interest but I am
using them to practice making web pages so please bear with me.
