I wonder what you mean ... are you talking about simple trace-loops
(no plane) or microstrip or stripline? If you are using a lumped
element approximation (if you can make that approximation based upon
your edge rates/legths), then there is only a week dependance between
mutual inductance and frequency. Frequency will show itself up in the
developed voltage, though per the formula v = jwM. Now if you have M
as a function of clearance M = M(d) , you can always decide what
induced voltage maximum you can tolerate, fix it at v = Vmax and get a
formula:
Vmax = j * 2 * pi * f * M(d) from which you can easily calculate
clearance requirements.
I did not do it, but I am sure same concept applies if you are using a
transmission line model.
