Just my opinion.
If you don't need, you can ignore my comments.

How about using the power/ground fill up and under the differential patterns?
I guess you defined the power/ground plane infinite distance, right?

By the way, as I know the differential impedance calculations besides characteristic impedance is not same within
pcb manufacturers.

I don't know exactly.
