Hi! I am simulating the PCI bus and I feel there is an SI problem when one
of the PCI drivers is driving the bus and this is caused by the Mictor
connector that I have on the bus for debugging.
My topology is:
Driver/Receiver(1)-------------->Mictor
conn---------->Driver/Receiver(2)
|
|
|-------->conn------>Driver/Receiver(3)
The doted line is the transmission line and the position of the mictor is
due to placement constraint(board area). When Driver/receiver(1) is driving
the signals in terms of SI look good at the receivers(2) &(3). When
Driver/Receiver((3) is driving I see SI issues @ Receiver(2). I ahve 10ohm
series termination @ each driver/receiver.
The waveform @ reciever(2)
<<...OLE_Obj...>>
The signal in green is @ receiver(2) and that is what's bothering
me. This PCI bus is running @ 33MHz.
Thanks in advance for help on this issue.
