Nivetha,

It would be helpfull for you to put your e-mail address in your letter, so
one does not have to reply to ALL the SI-list.

Typically you do not want to exceed the maximum allowable voltages on the
signal pins, so just check "Maximum ratings". By exceeding them you bring
down the MTBF numbers of your design.

I am a new member of this group. It would be grateful
if I get reply for my query below.

Is there any standard document for the over shoots and
under shoots on signal lines for CMOS devices.
What is the allowable range of over-under shoots for
5V and 3.3V signal lines.
