Hi!

We are looking for an alternative SPICE tool which can replace Avanti
HSPICE. The features that we would like to have are:

1. be able to read in HSPICE models;
2. be able to handle IBIS models;
3. lossy transmission line (skin effect and dieletric loss);

Appreciate any suggestions and comments of other SPICE tools.
