Meeting Minutes

Meeting location: Mr. Gatti’s on Hwy 620

Call to order: 6:19 p.m.

Secretary’s report:  The December meeting was the holiday party.  There were no minutes.

Treasurer’s report:  Tom Nevue reported that the account balance increased by $52 from dues received.

Old Business

220 Repeater Project:  No Activity

New meeting place:  No Activity

Auxiliary station:  A property pass will be required to remove radios from the radio room for repairs.  Terry Reitz will contact 3M Club for authorization.

Tammy Mate’ inquired if W3MRC can provide funding for commemorative plaques to be presented to Troy Kimmel and Larry Eblen at the event.  Terry Reitz will contact 3M public relations for funding.
