Before I start my day
Couldn't help but drop a line
To my friends here and away.

As I sip my coffee
You have crossed my mind
So I'm sending morning greetings
And hope your day is fine.


Today is filled with sunshine
Like the friendship that we share
My day will be just great
If I pretend that I am there.


I have to go for now
Have lots to do today
Just wanted to say hi
In this e-mail sent your way.

This morning when I wakened,
And saw the sun above,
I softly said, "Thank you, Lord,
Bless everyone I love."
And, right away I thought of you,
And said a loving prayer,
That He would bless you specially,
And keep you free from care.
I thought of all the happiness
A day could hold in store.
I wished it all for you because
No one deserves it more.
