Step 1 :

Feature List
Which features do you want to build in your projects ?

Step 2 :

Block Diagram
From your feature list, draw the block diagram and analysis the circuit.

Step 3 :

Schematic Diagram
Draw the schematic diagram according to your block diagram.

Step 4 :

Material Request
Select the most useful and cheapest price components for suitable your circuit.

Step 5 :

PCB Layout
Layout the PCB by using computer or free hand. Many PCB layout software are so powerful. You can try your best.

Step 6 :

Artwork Printing
Print out the artwork by ink jet printer. Nowadays, the printer quality is good enough for artwork making. You can use ink jet transparency for the best result.

Step 7 :

Photo Resist Coating
Paint the resist coating on the PCB. It is very hard to control. You can buy some PCB with photo resist coated.

Step 8 :

Expose the PCB Artwork
Expose the PCB artwork by using flourescent lamp for 2 inches distance between the PCB for 8 minutes. Those values just for your reference only.

Step 9 :

Develop the Artwork
Develop the resist coating by using NaOH + water. REMEMBER TO WEAR GLOVES.

Step 10 :

Remove Unwanted Copper
Remove unwanted copper of the PCB. Use H2SO2 with H2O2 for erod. ALSO REMEMBER TO WEAR GLOVES.

Step 11 :

Drill the Holes on the PCB
Drill the holes on the PCB, use suitable drill size for different components.

Step 12 :

Soldering the Components
According the part list, soldering the suitable components in suitable locations.

Step 13 :

Final Check the PCB
Final check the PCB. Repair the short and open circuit BEFORE  PLUG IN THE POWER.

Step 14 :

Testing
After checking the PCB, plug in the power carefully and testing the circuit.

Step 15 :

Assembly
Assembly all PCB , switches and connectors into the cabinet.

Step 16 :

Fine Tune
Fine tune the PCB for matching all circuit.

Step 17 :

Finish
Show time !
