在6月15日星期六端午節當日, 應邀參予
赤柱龍舟錦標賽2002之義務工作, 除負責無線電通訊技術支援外,
亦擔當全日大會之接待,聯絡,攝影等義工服務. 通過今次服務社群之活動,
增加市民對業餘無線電通訊之認識及提高本會之知名度.

每名參與之會員可獲發 大會精美 T-shirt 一件及介紹本會之場刊一本
穿上大會 T-Shirt 可進入任何比賽區域及乘坐大會船隻進行攝影.
當天集合地點: 09:00 赤柱正灘 至18:30 工作完畢.
16:00 在表演台前集合影團體相
須帶備對講機及充足電池.

Hong Kong Amateur Radio Communications Association will provide volunteer support to the Stanley Dragon Boat Race 2002 on June 15,2002. Besides providing radio communication support, we will also be responsible for the photography and other support services for the event. We hope such community services can help promoting amateur radio as well as the recognition of our association.
Note:
1. Members should contact VR2RS if they want to join this event.
2. Each volunteer will receive a T-shirt and a copy of the event booklet with brief introduction of our association.
3. By wearing the T-Shirt, volunteers can enter all racing area and can get on any official boats of the event to shoot photos.
4. Volunteers should gather at the Stanley Main Beach at 0900 on June 15, 2002 and will work until 1830.
5. Volunteers should gather at the main stage at 16:00 to take group photo.
6. Volunteers should bring along their hand transceivers and sufficient batteries.
