UK Racal TRA967 VHF FM Radio

This is the Racal TRA967 VHF FM Radio. 25 KHz frequency spacing and frequency coverage is from 30 MHz to 76 MHz. It is primary designed as a manpack but can be used as a fixed or vehicle station with ancillary items. A total of 1600 synthesizer controlled channels can be used. And a pre-tuned antenna matching unit obviates the need for a separate antenna matching control. The four frequency digits are illuminated by Tritium Beta lights which do not require a power supply.
