First licensed in 1975 as JH7OHF whilst in High School. Moved to Australia in 1980 to study at a university in Sydney. Whilst in Australia was active as
VK2PJJ. In 1982 adventured on a DXpedition alone to the South Pacific. 
Moved to Saitama in 1987. 
Presently active DXing on SSB, CW, and RTTY. Primarily active on 6M. 
Also licensed as 7N4GXJ in Saitama, Japan, and AH6G in Hawaii.
