QSL Policy Incoming cards will be checked carefully to ensure that QSO(s) appears in the VK9ML log. Only the QSOs listed on your request will be QSLed. Direct requests will be dispatched first, followed then by bureau requests.

Direct Cards

• YOUR CARD

  • Mark the QSO details clearly - type if your writing is messy!

• YOUR S.A.E.

  • Enclose a Self Addressed Envelope for a standard-size card.

  • Clearly mark your address including your COUNTRY - type if your writing is messy!

  • No labels without an envelope.

• RETURN POSTAGE

  • Enclose minimum USD$1 (preferred) or one I.R.C. for return airmail. 

  • Australia Post requires specially marked International stamps for overseas postage, so do not send Australian domestic stamps - they cannot be used for overseas mail.

  • Loose Australian "International" stamps are welcome, but do not affix to the envelope.

  • We cannot use stamps from other countries!

  • IRCs must be properly stamped in the left hand box only.

  • Please do not send any other currencies other than AUD$ or USD$.

  • Applications received without a S.A.E. or without sufficient return postage will eventually receive  confirmations back via the Bureau.

Bureau Cards

• QSL requests received via the VK4 bureau (NOT VK9 bureau) will receive a return card via the bureau.

• Ensure that the QSO information on your card is clear and correct.

S.W.L. Cards

• We will QSL all correct S.W.L. reports. These can be sent directly or via the bureau, as per above.

e-QSLs

  We will not issue e-QSLs - so please don't send us any either!
