VK3EM Home Page
Welcome to my home page. My interests include radio fox-hunting, field days and QRP (Low Power) operation.
I am currently completing my final year in a B.Eng course at La Trobe University in Melbourne. I am majoring
in communications (ho ho) and I am involved with the development of a FM demodulator built inside an
FPGA. This page will be under heavy construction for the next few months.
Operating 40 Meters CW QRP approximately 1300 meters (HASL) on
Mt. Howitt (Howqua Spur side) in the Victorian Alps. It was very cold,
very wet and despite the look on my face, I was very miserable!!! The
Rig is a Wilderness Sierra (KIT) via an LDG tuner into a St. Loius Vericatal (Not Shown).
