Not too much here, this
QSL bureau is a pretty small operation.
I might add more later but here’s the deal for
right now:
1.
Cards will be held for a minimum of one year (or longer as space
permits). I will usually make an attempt
to contact any station that I am holding cards for.
2.
Cards with recent QSO dates for stations that are not listed in
the Industry Canada database will be destroyed (almost certainly busted calls
or ‘slims’).
3.
Cards will be mailed to bureau users at least annually or when
they accumulate 100g. I’m open to any
other arrangements, just let me know what you want.
4.
The VE8/VY0 QSL bureau receives cards from, but is not directly
affiliated with, Radio Amateurs of Canada.
Bureau users are encouraged to join RAC as membership is required to use
the outgoing QSL bureau. Any licensed amateur may receive cards through the
incoming bureau.
5.
All funds received will be held in trust for each member’s
postage to receive their cards. No fees
are charged for using the bureau although some electronic money transfers may
incur a nominal transaction charge.
