All section camp at Camp McLean, Dec 3-5 1999

Our Cubs are enjoying the game of Oh, deer! in this afternoon before their lunch. As one can see, our youths are fully entertained by the variety of programs, which helps them learn useful knowledge while having fun among themselves.

Our Scouts and Venturers have most of the fun setting up and maintaining their shelters so that the harsh weather will not do them harm. We should consider ourselves lucky during this weekend because the weather is fair, I can even see the blue sky! Although it is sometimes a little bit chilly, our youths also have the opportunity to better themselves and acquire more skills that are essential for surviving in the wilderness.

Since this is the first camp for some of our newly inverstitured Cubs, we think that it is best to set them in one of these huts so that they can be well-protected from the Elements. For those older Cubs, we promise that you will have a chance to set up your own tent in the future.
