VEF-206 MULTI-BAND RADIO MANUFACTURED IN THE U.S.S.R .

This VEF-206 multi-band radio was manufactured in the mid-1970's in Riga, Latvia in the former USSR. It covers the longwave, and mediumwave (AM) broadcast bands.   It also covers the 75,60,49,41,31,25,21,19,16 and 13 meter shortwave broadcast bands.

It has a "clunky" feel to it but it is still in good working order!   I wrote a brief review of it for "Listening In" magazine.   You can obtain a copy of my review by sending an e-mail to [email protected] .
