Comments: 
Held another training meeting at the Midland Fire Department Headquarters.  4 stations were in attendance and the topic for the evening was a refresher on the operating modes.

Initial testing of paths for Packet node to Muskoka area were successful.  Plans now in the works to link Muskoka Packet node on a permanent basis.  Will be soon working on having regular mail forwarding and receipt from the Packet backbone for Central Ontario.

NTS Liaison Station - Ken - VA3KEW, 0 traffic to / from ARES group to the OSN and the OPN.   Local traffic = 2 messages.

Regular net schedules have been suspended for the month of August.  Net will resume on September 5, 2002 at 1945hrs.

August training meeting has been suspended for the month and will be replaced with an informal gathering of registered stations families for a day of fun and games.
