Welcome to the Web Site of

Hello Greetings from Canada.

Thanks to qsl.net, I am able to put up my home page for the first time on the world wide web.

I got my Basic license in March 2001 and got the 5 W.P.M. Morse Code certifiacte in December 2001

My Club:

I am a member of Peel Ametuer Radio Club since 2001. This club is very active and holds Annual Ham Festival in Brampton Fair Grounds around March . Monthly meetings are well attended and the Club is very active in local community emergency preparedness programme in cooperation wiht the Police and all.

My Rigs:

I have Yaesu FT50RDH

and FT-707 for HF

If you want to see pictures of these rigs you can go to http://www.rigpix.com

My general whining(s) :

My grouse is that now a days, the equipment are so expensive and advanced that novices like me are left assembling modules - not real electronics. I know some of you may be snickering and rushing to tell me that the HAM hobby is EXPENSIVE and that this is the price one shoul b willing to pay to belong here ( to this prestigious group of hams...... etc. etc).

Any way....

This is my first log : 6.Feb.2004

Al:

Thank you very much for this service.
