I used to use a MFJ 962D which



is rated at 1.5 KW and works very well,
but I've never liked running any equipment
anywhere close to its operational capacity.
I had considered upgrading to the MFJ 989



which is rated at 3 KW P.E.P.
but I figured that if I'm going to spend
some of my hard earned money, I might as
well get something I'll be happy with!
So ... I've decide to save up my pennies
and buy one of THESE ...







Look carefully at the insides of this tuner!
This Nye-Viking tuner is rated to handle
4 KiloWatts!!



This is the tuner I am currently running,
and don't expect to have to EVER buy
another tuner as long as I am a Ham!
