Not long ago, I decided to set myself up for going HF mobiling
using my Kenwood TS-440sat and a Hustler multiband antenna.

The XYL and I do a regular trip to Quebec every second XMAS
and it gets a little tedious sitting around listening to
the family chattering in French at 90 mph!

Since I like to check in with the gang, I jump in the
truck and drive to the local high school which offers
a nice open area to try and get a signal out.

So far, the setup has worked great and I recommend to
anyone to try it!
