Thank you to all members who volunteered for the Canadian Cancer Society’s for Chinese Cancer Information Forum (advertising and/or at the event) and the TV Telethon.
Watch our members on Fairchild TV (Canada East – Toronto) on April 3, 2004 at 8:00pm (Eastern Standard Time).
If you do not have the channel but wish to watch, please bring a video cassette tape for Tracy Wu to tape it for you.
-CCC Karaoke Event:
The Chinese Cultural Club will be conducting a karaoke
event, scheduled for
As part of our plan, we will have screens, TVs, cameras (filming person singing for direct broadcast through out TV network), at least 2 TVs, cables, snacks, drinks, tickets, etc. We need approximately 8 volunteers (excluding CCC staff). Volunteers who signed up include:

The admission fee is $3.50 (advanced ticket purchasing) with a free drink. Additional drink(s) and snacks are to be sold at a fee. Volunteers & CCC staffs do not need to pay for admission. We hope to schedule an orientation session for those who wish to volunteer. The following is the general layout of our floor plan:
