Subject: [Elecraft] Modifying the KAF2 Filter Response

I found that the KAF2 audio filter in the AF2 position produced too much
ringing for my ear, so I have come up with a set of alternative filter
responses.  This modification requires changing R6, R7, R8 and possibly C7
and C8.  They only effect the filter in the AF2 position.  There are four
new bandwidths that range from an ultra narrow bandwidth to one that has
half the ringing time.  You pick whichever best suits your style of
operating.

My typing mistake; R6 is 180K.  I have double checked all of the other
values and they are as run in my simulation program.
