I wrote to elecraft and this is the answer from Gary: "CAL PLL is NOT RUN on any other band than 40m with the version 2 MCU firmware. See items #9 and #10 of the attached errata sheet. This is true even if the 160m adapter is installed, regardless of what its instructions may say. We will have to update the K160RX manual to reflect the new firmware change to CAL PLL." In easy words: The CALL PLL is o n l y running on 40m and n o t on other bands with the version 2 MCU firmware!
