Do you have problems only with the display button or with all buttons?

Is it only the display button, so check the switcher S2, pin 5 of the RP1
and pin 4 of the U2 and pin 6 of the U3. Is it more than the button, so
check the orientation and value of RP1 first.

Thank you to those who responded.  I have discovered that I installed U3 on
the FP backwards.  Gary is sending a replacement IC.  When I install it I'll
be able to continue testing and hopefully building!
