Please feel free to test this beta version of a K2 beacon manager. Suitable for Win98/NT/2000/X. Might even work on W95 and Wine. Instructions? Hey! You guys build your own radios in sub-zero temperatures - you don't need instructions - just mittens! The software is at: Also, check out the state of your K2 battery with the realtime K2 battery monitor: < www.t-wells.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/k2_battery_monitor.zip> To use the programs you will of course need to have a correctly wired K2/PC interface lead. This program DOES have instructions! If you want to try or test this software please download it and let me have your comments. If there is enough interest, I'll ask Elecraft to put the stuff on their website. It is free and there are no licencing restrictions, do what you want with it. Just don't blame me for ruining your gel batteries or creating QRM! Lastly, I seem to be producing a utility a week - if I get enough requests for a particular utility, I'll see what can be done. BTW as I type this there is someone on packet on 40Meters about 1.5Khz above the qrp frequency - I thought that packet was frowned on on 40M? Regards, Tony M3CJF G7IGG ++++++++++++++++++
