Hi Paul, Congratulations on getting your K2 on the air! As for your bar-graph problem: you may have the wrong value RPACK installed at RP2 (Front Panel). It should be 120 ohms; if you swapped it with the 100 k RPACK (RP1), the switches will work but you won't see LED segments 1-9. Another (remote) possibility is that U4 is in backwards, but is nonetheless able to drive one LED by virtue of some mysterious variant on its normal logic diagram. If these don't pan out, you can probably find the cause using the Front-Panel DC voltage chart in Appendix E. Paul There are two modes for the S-meter: DOT and BAR What you describe is normal if your K2's GRPH mode is set for DOT.
