The freeware Moxon rectangle generator program, mentioned on this list
several days ago, has been updated as follows:  Models may be created with
either horizontal or vertical polarization.  The main lobe may be aligned
along either the X or Y axis, allowing easier comparison of radiation
patterns with existing models created using either convention.  For those
users whose regional standard for the decimal symbol is a comma, the NEC
model file (if any) will be correctly formatted (using periods) without any
special action being required.
